Ingredients: 100% Gelatine
Use: 12 edible gelatin sheets to gel with 1 liter of liquid. Soak required gelatin sheets separately for approximately 5-7 minutes in cold water. Remove and gently squeeze out excess water. Warm dishes: Add squeezed out gelatin stirring until completely dissolved. Cold dishes (e.g. Cream) Slightly heat squeezed out gelatin stirring until completely dissolved. Do not boil. Slowly add cold mixture to gelatin (MUST follow directions in this order.) Cool mixture for at least 4 hours before serving. Store in a dry, odor-free place.
