Description
These Flower Nails are very usefull to conduct heat into the centre of a large cake when baking. Pour batter into cake pan as usual and insert 3 to 5 “nails”, with their flat heads on the surface of the cake, in the middle of the cake. The large metal disc will draw heat to the centre of the cake, thus ensuring a more even baking result. Size: Metal disc 3.50cm, metal shaft 7cm.
