Celeste – “V” Shaped Lace Detail

These beautifully detailed moulds are made in New Zealand with food grade silicone. There is a firm cavity mould and a softer ‘pushing’ mould. This technique both cuts the sugar paste and embosses it. Length point to top 6.5cm Width of lace 2cm Use a round piping nozzle to punch out holes to create an even more intricate design.
