We are a Cake Decoration and Supplies Web Store, We do not Make cakes nor Decorate them for sale, If you are local please come into our retail store and we can give you Business Cards of Council Approved Cake Decorators. Our retail store has frozen cakes for sale which you can decorate yourself.
If your advising us about an error or issue with the website, please let us know what page(s) you are having issue with, what browser and device you are using, and what your issue is, without this information we are unable to get the website support company to investigate.
Gmail customers occasionally experience email issues from us, if this is the case please phone us during office hours so we can work through your needs. This is due to security policies gmail put in place even though we are an approved email sender with them.
We have currently disabled sales to Australia through the website, due to freight/post taking up to 90 days caused by Covid, we will reconsider this at a later stage, if you are from Australia and accept this delay then please use this “Contact Us” page to discuss.
